I struggled with with self-doubt and insecurities after a motorcycle accident that left me with circumstantial depression for nearly a decade. Aside from the occasional hikes I never really committed to having a structured exercising routine. My wife asked me one day if I would consider going to OMF with her and to her surprise I said “YES.” I persevered through the fear and this by far has been by the best decision that I have made in quite some time. Now I look forward to going to the gym. I love how Corbin and Devin are very knowledgeable and their passion for making a difference in peoples lives is genuine. OMF caters to all body types and makes you feel welcome as soon as you step inside the gym. This new location is mint from equipment, to the facility itself.
